I have a Master's degree in Management and I'm looking for a new and inspiring professional challenge.
My motivation is to inspire others and be inspired by them. Inspiration to try out creative solutions, to learn from mistakes, to leave the comfort zone and to think out-of-the-box.
I am characterized by my analytical and conceptual thinking. My ability to draw the right conclusions from existing data and facts and to translate them into solution-oriented concepts helps me to simplify complex problems and strive for innovative solutions. I break down facts and figures in a structured way, simplify them with an eye for the essentials and quickly identify aspects critical to success. I try to bring my strengths into a team and complement others in order to create added value together.
What I Do
Project Management
I have been able to develop and prove my project management skills in various situations: In a communications agency (supporting role), at university and in my last job where I was project leader for the development of a prototype for an HR process tool.
Strategy
I had the opportunity to collaborate in different strategic processes at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs: help define the new strategic direction of the HR-Consultancy, participate in top management recruiting processes and communication measures of a big project (salary system change)
Innovation
The topic of innovation has generally fascinated me for quite some time now; I am fascinated by the various challenges a competitive ladscape of an organisation brings with it, and why innovation can help overcome those challenges. In my master thesis I evaluated the innovation capability of an agile IT start-up and defined strategic measures to increase it.
Multi-Perspective
I like complex problems and include different people and their resources, different approaches and perspectives as well as different disciplines in the solution process.
