What I Do
I have been able to develop and prove my project management skills in various situations: In a communications agency (supporting role), at university and in my last job where I was project leader for the development of a prototype for an HR process tool.
I had the opportunity to collaborate in different strategic processes at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs: help define the new strategic direction of the HR-Consultancy, participate in top management recruiting processes and communication measures of a big project (salary system change)
The topic of innovation has generally fascinated me for quite some time now; I am fascinated by the various challenges a competitive ladscape of an organisation brings with it, and why innovation can help overcome those challenges. In my master thesis I evaluated the innovation capability of an agile IT start-up and defined strategic measures to increase it.
I like complex problems and include different people and their resources, different approaches and perspectives as well as different disciplines in the solution process.
